Recovery

The recovery after eyelid surgery is pretty rapid. You will be able to read after two to three days, and go to work in a week or 10 days. The bruising can easily be covered with make-up.

Recovery

Patients are advised to keep their head elevated for two to three days following the surgery. This will help to keep the swelling down. Numbness on the top of the head will gradually resolve. Patient may experience some itching around the incision. The sutures will be removed after 7-12 days. Patients can go back to work after two weeks.
